All Of The Money In The World Can’t Solve Your Love Problems

I was watching a documentary yesterday that talked about what people do with their thousands of dollars of lottery winnings. These are ordinary people that just get rich overnight. I was particularly interested in one part of the documentary where this one winning guy (in his fifties) named Jack spent thousands of dollars to transform his backyard into a pool area with a bar, drinks and snacks… all free for the ladies. You could see shots of lots of women at the pool and at the bar.

Some people watching this documentary might desire this type of life, but even though he went to great lengths to impress these younger women that attended his pool parties, he was still single. He wasn’t exempt from problems just because he was rich. He had to still deal with his feelings behind closed doors like everyone else as well as navigate life.

He stated that he did still want more sex in his life. Money can make you more alluring to be around, but to really explore intimacy and have a special connection with someone, you need to do the inner work required to establish such a connection.

“More money, more problems” some people think. Money is a tool. You can’t throw money at your love problems and expect your love problems to go away. Love starts internally with self-love and extends out.
