How To Be A Part Of A Relationship That Is Consciously Aware

When I was younger, I wanted to find someone that was going to love me. The idea of love and how it is shown varies from person to person. At the time, I was not aware that spirituality and consciousness was an important, integral part of my life that I needed my significant other to understand.

I wanted to be understood, but I feel that I still continue to this day to understand myself and the world that I’m a part of. When I was dating, I feared that I was not going to find a guy that would be able to understand me and value the same things that I do.

During the time that I was dating, there were no shortages of attractive men that I would find, but the “substance” part was missing. They would only see me as attractive and that was it. Intelligence, ambition and energy were missing in the men that I would find and talk to.

Since I had a hard time finding the intelligence, ambition and energy that I needed in a man, I would remain open minded about the types of men that I wanted to approach and be approached by.

I chose to look at the conversations that I would have with the guys. Was there adequate communication? Was I being ignored? Were guys playing games with me? It was very important to me to have a trustworthy guy that was able to have his own ideas and own…
