How To Stay Classy During A Breakup
Drama, drama, drama. Television shows and movies have programmed us to believe that the the woman usually finds out something shocking about her boyfriend like he has been cheating on her to the point that she is supposed to erupt into screams and tears while throwing objects. There are some guys that have also been pictured becoming wildly emotional when finding out unexpected things about their girlfriends. Revenge plans may also surface to “get the person back.”
People want justice, but some of the attempts at getting it may seem crazy or out of line. The internal emotional tornado that takes over after finding out that someone has done you wrong can overtake your whole rational side.
After finding out that your girlfriend or boyfriend had done you wrong, you may be unable to control your thoughts of revenge or attempts to seek justice in deceitful or negative ways. If you don’t have the wherewithal to rationalize through it, you may act in ways that you will regret later. Your uncontrollable emotions will lead you astray into acting and behaving negatively just to feel like things are “even.”
