“When You Are Coaching Your Client, How Do You Help Them Bring A Behavior Change?”

I had been getting great feedback from a Facebook friend. He was genuinely interested in my blog content. Today, he commented on one of my Facebook posts and asked how I help my clients bring about a behavior change. I thought that it was a good question and very fair to ask. Good coaches after all should be accountable for the type of work that they do in getting results.

I want the best results for my clients, but I cannot help my clients get to where they want if there is no specified love goal. In not knowing what they ultimately want or not feeling like they can have what they want, clients can become confused, frustrated and overwhelmed.

When a client cannot identify a goal in his or her mind, I cannot help. It is up to the client to know for himself or herself what it is that is the desire. I cannot choose a desire for a client.

There are people that have been where we want to go. There are people that have specific experience and knowledge that make them specialists or able to overcome problems or issues easily in particular areas of life. This same principle goes for love.
